1. About these terms

These terms explain how you may use this website, a marketplace where people post cars for sale or for rent and others search, view and contact them. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who may post

• You may post ads if you have an account and you can legally make agreements.
• You may post only cars that you own or that you are allowed to sell or rent out.
• You need a phone number on your profile to publish an ad. You must give true details about yourself and about the car.
• Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

3. What you may not post

• Ads for things other than cars, or ads that are not real offers.
• False or misleading details: wrong mileage, price, year, condition, photos of another car, or a car that does not exist.
• Stolen cars, cars you have no right to sell, or illegal goods and services.
• Photos or text that belong to someone else without permission, or that are offensive or unlawful.
• Spam, repeated copies of the same ad, links to other sites for tricking people, or requests for card details or codes.

4. Responsibility for ad content

You are responsible for everything you publish. The site shows ads but is not a party to any sale or rental between users. We do not check cars, owners or prices. Please read our help pages on safe buying before you pay anyone. Any agreement is only between the buyer or renter and the seller or owner.

5. Moderation and removal

We may hide, change or remove an ad, or close an account, if it breaks these terms, if the law requires it or if we think it may harm other people. We do not have to give notice first. Ads also end by themselves after 60 days unless they are renewed.

6. Reporting ads

Anyone can report an ad with the “Report this ad” link on its page. We review reports within 2 working days. We remove ads that break these terms or the law, and we may close the accounts behind them. If you left an email address, we tell you what we did.

7. No payments

The site does not handle payments. Booking requests for rent ads are requests only; the owner accepts or declines, and price, deposit and payment are agreed directly between the people involved.

8. Our service

We try to keep the site working, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop parts of the site. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from agreements between users.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Georgia.
