1. Who we are

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. You can reach us at info@example.com.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and your name.
• Phone number: the number you add to your profile, which buyers see when they press "Show phone" on your active ad.
• Ads and photos: the details and photos you publish.
• Dealer and rental company details: if we set up a dealer or rental company account for you, the business name, address, working hours, website and description you enter. We show them publicly on your ads and on your business page.
• Favorites and saved searches: the ads you save and the searches you keep.
• Booking requests: dates, phone number and message in requests you send or receive for rent ads.
• Contact messages: your name, email, optional phone number and the message you send us.
• Call-back requests: your name, phone number, city, whether you sell privately or as a dealer, how many cars, the page you came from, and the consent you gave. We keep them while we may contact you and for one year after. You can stop calls at any time on the stop-calls page.
• Protection against misuse: when you press "Show phone", we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address (not the address itself) and a count, for at most two days, to stop people copying sellers' numbers.
• Your choices: that you accepted the terms (and which version), and whether you agreed to news and offers — each with its date and the wording you saw. We keep these records while we may contact you and for one year after.

We do not ask for card details. We do not collect data for advertising.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account and let you log in.
• To publish and show your ads and to let people contact you.
• To handle booking requests and to answer your messages.
• To keep the site safe, stop spam and find problems.

4. Who handles data for us

• Vercel — hosting of the website.
• Supabase (EU region) — database, login and file storage for photos.
• Resend — sending email, such as contact messages and account emails.
• Cloudflare — spam check on forms.

These services process data only to provide their service to us.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account exists. Ads that you delete are hidden for good but may stay in our records so that booking history stays complete. We keep contact messages as long as needed to answer them. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or remove your name from it.

6. Your rights

Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you may ask us to show you your data, correct it, stop using it or delete it, and you may withdraw a consent you gave. You can withdraw your agreement to news and offers at any time in your profile; we stop within 7 working days. You may also complain to the data protection authority of Georgia. Write to us at info@example.com and we will answer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest update.
