Ask for a new password
- Open the forgot password page.
- Enter the email address of your account and send the form.
- Open the email we send you and press the link in it.
- Choose a new password of at least 8 characters.
For your safety we show the same answer whether or not an account with this email exists. If no email arrives, check the spam folder, make sure you typed the address correctly and try once more later. Too many tries in a short time are blocked for a while.
The link does not work
A reset link works only for a limited time. If it has expired, ask for a new one on the same page.
You use Google
If you sign in with Google, you may not have a site password. Press "Continue with Google" on the login page.
While you are logged in
You can change your password on the Profile page.
